Job Description

Are you a HR Graduate looking to start your career?


Due to internal growth, Place Estate Agents are eager to engage an entry-level HR Graduate in line with the end of semester one. This position will see you practice your theoretical learnings from the ground up, alongside a supportive team of six who are committed to being involved in your training and development. See your growth across key activities including recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation and general employee lifecycle tasks.

Once comfortable with the fundamentals, you will be allocated specific offices as your clients where you will be able to build strong relationships and provide end to end HR support.


This position will be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment at all seniority levels;
  • Onboarding including employee orientation;
  • Employment documentation;
  • Employee development plans and progression conversations; and
  • Role changes and employee exits.

Requirements

To be successful in this position you need to bring:

  • An open mind and a desire to be active in all facets of HR;
  • An eagerness to work as part of a team and collaborate frequently;
  • A willingness to jump into tasks and give anything a go;
  • Tertiary education in HR, Business, Psychology or similar.
