About the role:
V2 Digital is seeking a UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate for the role will work closely with the development team and be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering user interfaces and experiences for their clients. Additionally, the candidate must ensure that the designs align with the clients’ brands, meet their expectations and needs, and ultimately provide a cohesive user experience. You will also be working on internal V2 projects which includes sales pack development.
What your day will look like:
- Develop and deliver design concepts and wireframes that meet the clients' needs, align with their business goals, and provide a cohesive user experience.
- Translate user requirements, business objectives, and creative direction into high-quality design deliverables such as sketches, prototypes, and user interface designs.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for a range of digital platforms including web and mobile apps.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to ensure designs meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, adhere to brand guidelines, and are delivered on time.
- Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines that can be shared with internal teams and clients.
What's required of you:
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design capabilities and styles, including references.
- Proficiency in design software tools.
- Solid understanding of UI / UX design principles and trends, with experience of designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to synthesize client feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and timelines
