Reporting to the State manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in helping to shape the future of our sales team by supporting our customers, sales amp; engineering teams.

About the role:
To drive new customer growth and market share to achieve sales, profit, and strategic targets.
Identifying projects in targeted industries including Food and commodity, Medical, Logistics, Infrastructure Industries, Government, and Education, etc.
- Identifying potential new business opportunities within advanced solutions such as robotics, motion control, safety systems, vision technology, automation, and engineering services.
- Generating new opportunities by marketing promotions, conducting seminars, public symposiums, cold calling, and targeting machine makers, large End users, and System integrators
- Building C-level business relationships, boardroom presentations amp; follow-ups
- Developing commercial proposal for the targeted solutions
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements

- Proactive and positive attitude
- Proven 7 years’ experience of Automation and Robotic solution and/or sales
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels and build relationships over time and distance
- Leadership and management skills
