Requirements
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients amp; Colleagues
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge (including overflow calls from other offices)
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
- Work closely and collaboratively with the other agent support team
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents
- Support both sales functions in an administrative and compliance capacity;
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;

- Creating and packaging client settlement gifts
- A experience in a customer facing role ideal - preferred
- Previous reception and administration experience - advantageous;
- Confident and outgoing nature
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
- Have the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease;
- Professional presentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
