The diverse team at Sunnybank is looking for a customer care team member to support their front of house operations and provide 5-star service to all external and internal clients. You will need to be efficient with your time and be able to prioritise your workload during busy periods.


Although real estate experience would be advantageous, previous experience working on reception with impeccable phone manner is required. The successful candidate will have a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements


  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients amp; Colleagues
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge (including overflow calls from other offices)
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the other agent support team
  • Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents
  • Support both sales functions in an administrative and compliance capacity;
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;

  • Creating and packaging client settlement gifts
  • A experience in a customer facing role ideal - preferred
  • Previous reception and administration experience - advantageous;
  • Confident and outgoing nature
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
  • Have the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease;
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to show initiative and be solution focused
