Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Digital Project Manager to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex digital projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

A critical part of your role will be to develop and manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure optimal utilisation of the team. You will identify and resolve any budget and project issues to maintain client satisfaction and resource management.

Requirements

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and manage project resources to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage key tasks that impact the success of client projects
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and proactively manage project risks to minimize impact on project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards
• Conduct project post-mortems and continuously improve project processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve project delivery and user experience
• Build rapport with clients in order to maintain lasting relationship
• Report on project health status as required and provide consistent communication with internal and client stakeholders so that each project is kept in green status
• Complete autonomy to manage the project and all interactions with client and Exo team building relationships to get the job done

Other Duties

• Keep upskilled in the most recent advancements in project management methodology and thoughts processes
• Attend conferences and events to upskill yourself and build connections within the project management space
• Work with the Delivery Lead to understand future growth opportunities for you and develop your career through a progression plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital project management
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMP)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Monday.com)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
