About the Role:
An excellent opportunity to work on a one year fixed term contract to provide support and advice to the Local and BU managers in implementing and maintaining compensation and benefits strategy and the associated policies, procedures and processes.
- Develop, deploy and monitor local compensation and benefit strategies to maintain market competitive benefit programs
- Provide regional and local HR analytics related to headcount planning and employment related costs
- Management of compensation and benefits job evaluation of all managerial, executive and support positions
- Manage the Merit review, Short Term Incentive Plan cycle for senior management in the APAC division
- Proactively work with the local finance teams for all HR/Finance related matters and be their SPOC
- Provide regional and local HR analytics allowing leadership to take appropriate decisions related to headcount planning and employment related costs
- Lead/support different type of Camp;B projects at local level
- Develop Benefits implementation across businesses as required
- Support Managers with EA negotiations
- Involvement as key project team resource for Job Grade transparency project
- Actively and effectively liaise all relations with main internal stakeholders
- Efficiently manage external relationships that are a key part of all compensation processes
Requirements:
- A related Bachelor's degree and typically 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Change agent, ability to foster transformation, good influencing/convincing and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in the implementation of Towers Watson methodologies, tools amp; frameworks
- Skilled in data analysis
- Strong excellent project and time management skills
- Advanced skills in Excel including modelling and testing
