We offer an innovative, easy to understand subscription-based service, which supports the success of our small business customers to thrive amp; grow, ultimately allowing them to focus on what they do best!
Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the ongoing growth amp; success of our business, finding the best Talent AU wide. We plan to scale quickly amp; are funded for high growth, meaning there will be further future opportunities. We are looking for people who want to join us for the exciting ride as we do so.
Key Responsibilities
- Being a brand ambassador amp; the face of Retinue. Representing our business, culture amp; values to all external candidates
- Reviewing amp; interviewing across our multiple roles/departments, supporting the success of our business growth
- Working with our stakeholders, helping them to understand best Recruitment practice and how to create the best candidate experience throughout
- Sourcing new Talent through various channels (Headhunting, Direct Applicants, networking)
