The role
Civica are currently looking for Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Education business unit. This role will serve as the business lead for all new customer acquisition activities and will represent the business across Education and other growth verticals as directed.
This role will require you to understands a customer’s critical business priorities and the supporting IT challenges and requirements. There will be a focus on driving value for the customer, while maximizing competitive advantage, revenue, and margins for Civica.

You possess the ability to assimilate different perspectives to develop a range of viable strategies. You position a broad view of the Civica offer and the value that can be added, talking in the language of business outcomes.
Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience within a similar role within software solutions in the education industry. You have a resilient and driven sales mindset and can identify and qualify new customer opportunities.
