Are you a motivated Case Manager looking to be part of our dedicated Home Care team?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join the Respect Home Care Team. The role is based at our Wellington Street office in Launceston, Tasmania. This is a fast paced and varied role, working closely with our community service workers to ensure exceptional delivery of our in-home care services.
You will be responsible for the provision of quality Home Care services to clients through assessment, case-management and coordination.
This will be on a six-month contract, with the possibility of being extended, on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).
