The purpose of this role is to cultivate strategic alliances and collaboration that drive business growth and enhance organisational capabilities. The Project Delivery Lead will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships, define project objectives, allocate resources effectively and ensure the exceptional execution of priority projects. Leveraging their skills and expertise in partnership development, the Project Delivery Lead will play a critical role fostering the strong alliances they build to see expansion in product amp; service offerings, operationalisation of new capabilities and defend and maintain competitive advantage.What You'll Do
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders, industry partners and our customers to achieve the alignment required to execute in short-medium delivery cycles..
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within the time, scope and resource allocated to achieve material business outcomes
  • Gather the relevant stakeholders to define the project scope, including technical estimates and feasibility/complexity assessments..
  • Create and maintain the relevant documentation required to capture the project end to end, developing a consistency that can be replicated across multiple initiatives and tasks business wide..
  • Surface solutions to changes in the project scope, schedule and resources using your own tried and tested methods and techniques..
  • Assess risks or challenges and know when to escalate and when to lean in, leveraging the tools in your tool kit to make decisions to maintain momentum..
  • Build out best in class partner ‘ways of working’ for new and existing partnerships and be the key point person for those relationships..
  • Measure the performance and provide reporting across all projects and initiatives in your remit..
  • Ability to bring teams on a journey and set the tone for the working environment you know will get the best out of your project team
  • Deep dive into various workstreams as needed to support teams, unblock delivery and maintain momentum
Who You Are
  • At least 5 years experience in the tech industry, particularly software, cloud services, media, marketing, digital solutions.. bonus points for experience in the fin-tech space or in a start-up environment!
  • Be a concise, responsive communicator and have proven stakeholder management at all levels of an organisation.
  • Be comfortable at a swift pace, good at shifting focus from one thing to another, juggling lots of balls at once, prioritising your own day to day as required.
  • Show experience working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity, without the need for constant or consistent direction from others.
  • Have the ability to make quick decisions, confidence to back your judgement and go with your gut where required.
  • Be obsessed by customers’ needs and be motivated to identify pain-points and come with solutions.
  • Value forging strong and effective working relationships and use this to increase transparency and information dissemination across a broad and diverse organisation..
  • Experience managing third-party relationships, commercial partnerships and customer relationships.
  • A strong understanding of change management within an organisation and lead change by example.
