The purpose of the customer service is to provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our vast customer base!
Your ability to build strong relationships with drivers and customers both internally and externally will be a critical part of the role.
You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to immediately problem solve in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with conflicting responsibilities where timeslot deliveries and pickups are critical to business success.
