About your new role

The Practice Manager reports directly to the Clinical Service Manager and has responsibility for the management, and oversight of all programs administrative, operations and corporate support services to meet the needs of the local community and provide high quality service.

The Practice Manager will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager and Regional Manager to support the overall operations of Neami National designated program/s. The role manages and oversees day-to-day operations and responsibilities of administrative staff for the program to run smoothly and remain focused on high quality services as part of the program model of care.

Across the program/s, the Practice Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of duties such as administrative support amp; oversight, rostering, timesheet management, project management, data integrity and management, reporting, and financial management.

The Practice Manager will engage and liaise with Neami corporate support services to ensure that the program/s provide quality data and financial reporting to the relevant funders and will endeavour to see the programs achieve milestones as set out in the relevant service agreements.

The Practice Manager will undertake a key role in the coordination and supporting recruitment, training, onboarding, service development, including ongoing evaluation and review of service outcomes.

What you will bring to the role?

  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A valid Australian Driver's License
  • Leadership and Management skills, including experience in people leadership
  • Proven high level administration, reporting and time management skills
  • Proven high level communication amp; engagement skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with clients, internal and external agencies, and community members
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A positive customer service attitude
  • Understanding of WHamp;S and Risk processes
  • Able to apply organisational policies and procedures
  • Analytical, budgeting skills and knowledge of relevant data bases
  • Ability to model appropriate, positive, and professional behaviour when representing the organisation

What the role requires:

  • National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
  • Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Australian Working Rights
  • As part of Neami’s condition of employment you will need to provide appropriate evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (having received three doses) to Neami National.
