Programa is a Melbourne-based, early-stage venture-backed startup revolutionising the interior design, architecture, and furniture industry with an end-to-end SaaS-enabled marketplace. Our platform simplifies project management for designers and streamlines product management, promotion, and sales for suppliers.

Since launching in September 2021, Programa has experienced rapid growth and now serves users in 50+ countries, managing thousands of projects.


We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, deeply creative Digital Content Producer to join our growing team at Programa.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and executing content production for various channels and mediums, from initial idea to final publication. This will involve collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with Programa's brand and marketing objectives.

After publication, you will analyse the content's performance and use your findings to iterate and improve future content.


What You Will Be Doing

As Brand amp; Content Manager you will be working directly with the Brand amp; Marketing team to:

  • Above all, craft content that serves a purpose or that our audience will actually enjoy and derive some real value from. Eschew the traditional and well-trodden, no e-books that will clog email inboxes or boring talking head videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create engaging copy and imagery that resonates with our target audience and drives measurable results.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with Programa's marketing and brand goals. Ensure consistent brand voice and adherence to style guides.
  • Assist in creating content for and maintaining our social media channels, website, marketing and product adoption emails, user guides and resources, video channels amp; more.
  • Implement and maintain a regularly updated content calendar. Help build and maintain a library of existing content for use across the company.
  • Optimise content for search engines and/or user experience, with the ability to adapt tone and voice by use case, medium and purpose.
  • Remix and adapt existing content for different purposes, markets and audiences.
  • Wisely use new technologies and external resources to improve content creation and processes.
  • Regular reporting of content performance amp; identifying new content opportunities that will positively influence our KPIs from data, research and market trends.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation amp; management across online channels.
  • Detail-oriented, you do things once and do them well.
  • A self-driven problem-solver who can think out of the box to get things done.
  • An engaging storyteller and copywriter who has the ability to turn sometimes dry topics into captivating narratives.
  • Understand where to get the most juice from the squeeze, and wisely apply your time.
  • Fantastic copywriting skills.
  • Excellent people skills; despite being a B2B company, our current and future users are people first and foremost, and you know what makes them tick.
  • At least an intermediate understanding of contemporary SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly pick up relevant tools and technology, particularly CMS systems, Hubspot CRM, emerging AI content tools, SEO tools and basic analytics.
  • Happy working cross-team and getting your hands dirty on non-content related projects as required.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt and prioritise tasks as needed.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS and product marketing.
  • Experience in interior design, high-end furniture and fittings or luxury brand industries.
  • Strong eye for design.
  • Advanced SEO knowledge.
  • Video editing and/or production experience.
  • A link to a portfolio or previously created content in your resume.
