We are currently looking to engage a Property Management Cadet to join our dynamic and expanding team within Place Sunnybank. This is a part-time position to support growth of the Property Management department and is a great opportunity for those wanting to commence a career in property management or utilise existing experience in a part-time capacity.

The role will require the successful candidate to work three days per week (24 hours).

We are seeking candidates with their real estate registration completed (or close to completion) who have a desire to be out and about within the marketplace.

Requirements

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

• Supporting Property Managers to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf;
• Collating reports from the inspections completed;
• Ensuring policies and procedures are upheld within the department;
• Organising tenant packs amp; keys ensuring a seamless experience; and
• Completing administrative support to the property managers and actively participate in training opportunities.

About You:

• Current Real Estate Registration certificate (or close to completion)
• Current QLD drivers licence
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
• Computer proficiency
