Job Description

Chill, a progressive temperature-controlled logistics agency in Australia, is seeking a System Administrator for their warehouse operations. As a leading provider of promotional logistics, mobile refrigeration, cold and dry storage, and customised transport services for over two decades, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to wow our clients, staff, and stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our warehouse management system, supervising and training staff on system use, and ensuring that the system operates efficiently. You will assist with inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control. We're looking for a friendly self-starter with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for logistics to help us continue to grow and drive change.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the warehouse management system.
  • Train staff on the use of the warehouse management system.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the system.
  • Assist with inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve system-related issues and interface with technical support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
