Role Description

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager, who will act as a Superintendent on range of Accommodation and other building projects. These project budgets will total between $75m - $100m.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple construction sites, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
  • Developing and executing project schedules and quality-control measures.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and that any changes are communicated and implemented appropriately.
  • Managing subcontractors, ensuring efficient work practices and compliance with safety standards.


Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent or Construction Project Manager, ideally delivering Accommodation projects.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of what the client is trying to achieve with their projects the reason for these projects are critical to the success of the program.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related discipline would be highly advantageous.
