We have been engaged in a market mapping and expression of interest exercise for one of our clients.
Our Client is embracing advances in digital pathology, AI and digital health that will introduce flexible and creative strategies to improve career opportunities for pathologists. Our Client intends to use the data gathered through this process and via a survey to understand what matters to Anatomical Pathologists around Australia. They are seeking information around ideal work preferences and styles, popularity of certain work arrangements such as working from home and general flexibility and would like to understand what structure of remuneration is valued in the market.
Ultimately, they will use this data to connect with talented professionals across the country to build an employment offering that will be valued, respected and truly informed by the market. These roles that are to be created from the insights provided will be advertised and communicated to anyone that has participated and expressed interest in new opportunities.
Seeking a New Role?

In general, our client is seeking candidates with the below background, qualities and experience:
- Anywhere between 5 years - 25 years of anotomical pathology experience at any level of seniority
- Recognised by the Royal College of Pathologists Australia
- Relevent qualifications and education
- Has a keen interest in innovation, research, learning and profesisonal development
- Autonomous, flexible and open to working in a digital health practice
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Ideally, if the selected candidate would like to be located on-site more often than not, they will be located in Sydney NSW. Should that not be a priority, the ability to remain focused and connected whilst working in a satellite office or remotely will be important.
