THE ROLE:

The role of Partnerships Marketing Manager is a pivotal position with AG’s rapidly growing Australian business. You’ll be joining one of the leading brands in D2C marketing and will have an impact in shaping the future growth of our business. You will be focused on establishing and growing already existing relationships to take our business to the next level.

We are looking for a high energy communicator who is organized and collaborative, and passionate about building broad and deep relationships with a large network of creators and thought leaders. You will work with our global team to drive short-term, long-term and cross-functional strategic initiatives to grow the business. This role will require outstanding capabilities in relationship building, organizational skills, negotiating, analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, working with a team and cross-functionally, and original thinking to always improve and challenge current ways of working and processes that are in place.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Build and manage multi-tiered relationships with our partners across all channels (YouTube, Podcast, Ambassador, Rev-Share) to deliver a best-in-class experience and introduce our product to large audiences.
  • Manage Rev Share and Ambassador partnerships, and ensure ongoing engagement with each partner.
  • Collaborate with our partners on sponsoring best in class IRL events to drive community engagement.
  • Maintain and track social platform campaigns: setting up our partners, reviewing content, creating campaign materials, tracking live dates, recording performance and coming up with post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage always-on strategy and performance to drive customer acquisition.
  • Own cross-functional communication across paid the global media team, brand team, creative team, growth team, etc. to ensure effectiveness in each sales channel.
  • Share insights and learnings cross-functionally for the Australian market.
  • Monitor, pull and analyze social platforms in real time and report on key findings for campaign optimization.
  • Open to traveling to meet partners, attend events and conferences.
  • Seed product to partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology, tools, social amp; cultural trends and marketing strategies.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 3+ years of Influencer Marketing experience required with experience in the Hamp;W space ideal.
  • A high energy, organized, passionate go-getter who can keep up with our rapid growth within social partnerships.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent can-do attitude.
  • Organizational skills to help scale partnership channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations.
