About the Role:

Reporting to the International Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a point of contact for Zone employees. The HR coordinator will help organize, coordinate, and carry out HR projects and processes. You will work directly with and assist the International Human Resources Manager to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. You will track and maintain employee data within our HRIS, so strong computer skills are a must. Additionally, you will also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure employee satisfaction through education on HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly, personable and approachable.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist employees and managers with contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding for staff
  • Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are maintained and developed as required
  • Anticipate and resolve issues, contribute to change management
  • Support the end-to-end administration across the employee life cycle including the coordination of onboarding for new hires, transfer of current employees within the business, and off-boarding for employees exiting the business.
  • Support provision and coordination of all employment paperwork for new, existing, and terminating employees.
  • Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
  • Under the leadership of the International HR Manager, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions employees may have
  • Support any other special projects the HR director needs assistance with
  • Educating employees on and enforcing company policies
  • Maintain the company’s calendar and schedule any meetings the International HR Manager requires

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve existing processes effectively.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising high-quality standards.
  • Highly organized with an ability to self-manage work priorities.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • HR administration/coordination experience
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player, keen to join a supportive team and act as a role model of the firm's values

Additional Information:

Must be located in Australia and able to work GMT+11 hours
