Working as part of our Journey Beyond Group, you play an integral role in supporting our business to share special places and shape lasting memories.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team here at North Terrace on a permanent full-time basis.
Your duties will involve, but not limited to:
- Leading the accounts payable function
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Complete payments and related journals
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow-up aged items
- Identify errors and resolve with a solution focus
- Maintain existing vendor data
- Create and maintain new suppliers in accordance with company practice
ABOUT YOU:
You will come with extensive knowledge and experience in accounts payable and experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage but not essential as we are moving to a new accounting system in the new year. You will have experience with high volume processing.
We are looking for a candidate with a team mindset, enthusiasm, initiative, excellent communications and customer service skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
