You will work closely with our migration agent to assist clients primarily from Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of migration cases. Your role involves directly supporting client consultations by providing interpretation, translating documents, and maintaining organized case files. As a Migration Agent Assistant, you will play a critical role in enhancing client experience and ensuring that all migration cases are handled in compliance with Australian immigration regulations. You will collaborate effectively with the migration agent and the small team, contributing to an efficient workflow and timely case management. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with visa procedures will enable you to support the team in delivering outstanding immigration services to a diverse client base.
